Hey guys I was just on the phone with the shop that is still putting my car together since Jan. anyways we order a kennebell a month ago it was a 2.4 and now he's saying they are sending us a 2.6 at no extra charge. Its a new model they have just built. Just woundering if anybody else has heard of this?

Yes that is correct....no more 2.2 or 2.4 from KB, just a 2.6!
If you paid for the 2.4 though, you might want to double check with your shop.......the 2.6 costs $100 more than a 2.2, BUT $300 LESS than a 2.4!

Yup 2.6 for cobras and the new GT plus maybe a 3.x .
I was at a car show the weekend before last in Waldorf and the rumor was a 2.6L KB isn't far off.
Kenne Bell is already taking orders for it for the 03/04 cobra at least. Once sell my polished 2.2L I will be picking up the 2.6L. The other one is a 3.xL that they will reveal in about 2 weeks if not sooner. A couple cobras like Hermann and ESQEDDY already have the 2.6L. They are very nice.

I'm just guessing, so correct me if I'm wrong but the 2.6 should be good for aprox. 30psi, I take it?
