Hard Shifting

I recently installed the firm line mod from RPM outlet, I also installed a new throttle body and intake, it seems like it holds 2nd gear for a while as well as some REALLY HARD shifting, is this normal?? Im getting 2 error codes on my super chips. p1000 and p1222
