Hard shifting trans?

I am fairly sure that my cobra has the factory trans, and I changed the fluid about three months ago after I bought the car. I put a semi synthetic auto trans fluid in, but it is a hard shifting clunker when the cars not moving. Any suggestions? Maybe a different fluid?

i ran normal ATF in mine. its gonna be hard to shift if the fluids low or if it has the wrong fluid in it. also if the engine is not running its not gonna wanna shift to nice either. you can also try ajusting the clutch, if none of this helps your gonna need a rebuild.


PS to ajusted the stock clutch pull the clutch pedal up all the way then fully depress it twice. this should ajust clutch.

Redline ATF seems to work well for me.
