Company called “insane shafts”. Ever heard of them? 1000hp half shafts for 1200$. Anyone have them? Is this a you get what you pay for? Thanx

Insane shafts? Sounds like a gay porno flick. I'd be leery especially if there's a volume 1, 2...etc.

Not cheap, What kind of warranty? I went G Force because it is lifetime with correct model purchased

I would spend a little more and get the G-force half shafts. Some times you can catch a 10% sale for the G-force half shafts. If not 5% is common on those.

Upgrade your differential bushings first. The amount of play in it is one of the main reasons the shafts break.

what's your plans for your car?
Mainly street car with a few trips to the track Right now it’s a ported Eaton. Want to go 2.9 / 3.0 Whipple here eventually. I have the complete full tilt boogie kit getting ready to go in. Was gonna do the half shafts at the same time it’s all out.

I honestly wouldn't waste your money on those expensive half shafts. I've broken several whatever level they were at years ago. If you're not going to track your car all the time the stock ones are just fine. I could see maybe maybe buying a used set of upgraded ones but I was never sold on any of these.
