Support Disaster Relief in Haiti

Hey guys Google has a page with multiple links for aid organizations that are helping with the Haiti Crisis.

This includes SMS text links etc.

Personally I support OXFAM Canada but any will do.

Please, please, please give what you can, these people need the money more than you or I.

If you want to complain, take it to the other thread in Smackdown.

Its not my fault the guy was in a hurry & the huge EXAGGERATION he made! Everybody wants something for NOTHING!! He should have spent more time looking over the car then the 10mins he did. The car was worth every penny & besides what does it have to do with the reply I made here?

The company I work for sent $250K and is matching employee donatations 100%, upto $1,000,000.

The peopl in Hati need all the help we can send them.

Good to hear! I know my company donated $500K but not sure if they were matching employee donations or not.

thats a huge tax break for those who donated ... nice

But I wonder if the money will actually make, remember the hundreds of millions congress gave away and can't account for it or seek who they actually gave it too, or when in 1991 the US could not send funds\food directly to Somalia for the UN was in charge, so what happened? the food never made it, and genocide continued...

I always thought the same thing and would rarely donate because of the bureaucracy that accompanies not for profit organizations.

I now believe its the process of giving that really counts. Everything comes back and if the last 10 years are any indication of this I will continue for the next 50.
