Ok so I went to jump my H/E pump the other day and I attached one end of the wire into one side of the plug and the other end of my jumper wire accidently touched a bolt on the car and created a spark. I belive now that I grounded the pump because it doesn't work at all. :xpl:
I tryed using a diffrent fuse and still no pumping. I drove the car for 20 miles and when I stopped I simply unscrewed the cap and there was ZERO pressure and the water was luke warm.
During that drive I recored IAT2 temps of 215*F+ and the car felt sluggish.
Anyone know whether or not I need to change the pump itself, or if there is something else I have to do to fix it. Until then I will not be driving the car..
Thx for the help guys
