It will extract them, but not far back enough to eject so it just cycles the empty brass back in the chamber without stripping a fresh round from the mag. I have not messed with it in at least a year but I do need to get back out and shoot it and chrono my rounds.
Do you know or are able to measure the size of the gas port on the barrel???

Christmas present from the wife. Might be headed to the range tomorrow after lunch. Can’t wait to try it out.

This gun could not have fired worse after cerakoting! Haha Which to be honest was expected to some degree. FTF…FTE over and over. Noticed the Cerokote in all the right places starting to wear off. Had no gun oil on me so a couple drops off the F150 dipstick did the job. 100 rounds later firing like a champ! Desperate need of a cleaning now!!

Went down the rabbit hole this week and picked up a Zenith ZF5.

Now I need to setup a trust, which I honestly should have years ago.

Anyoyhave experience with the online services for setting a trust up or should I find a local gun lawyer?

Just finished up this Block II build.

Colt SOCOM Heavy Barrel, Surefire 4-Prong Pinned and Welded to 16"

Bravo Upper, PSA Colt/Gov Style Lower, SOCOM B5 Stock, Colt Surplus A2 Grip, DD RIS II. Warhammer charger.

Destructive Industry Spring and Buffer (no "pong" sound).

Tool Craft MG Bolt and DI trigger group. I'll change that out eventually.

I know some guys hate the DD RIS because of the weight but I love the solid feel and front heavy balance.

Turned out clean AF.

how are you liking it?

does your mag release cause some irritation on your support hand when firing?

A2 doesn't bother me like it does some guys. Colt one certainly feels different then the aftermarket.

In a perfect world I'd like something aluminum with flesh tearing checkering.
