Guitar Gururs: Delta Blues

Are there any guitar gurus in here by any chance, who also happen to know a bunch of Delta Blues stuff? Years ago I had a friend who had a burned CD with a bunch of different types of blues and stuff. Anyways, there were either one or two songs (can't remember) that really fascinated me and I tabbed them out. I was just jamming around on my guitar and I played something that sounded familiar, and I eventually realized that I was playing an old Delta Blues song that I tabbed out years ago.

I have no idea who the artist is, and it is bugging the living shit out of me. If I posted the tabs on here, would anybody be able to even possibly know who the artist is?

A few of the best are John Lee hooker, Muddy Waters, Hubert Sumlin, and for the older stuff look to Robert Johnson or Charlie Patton

My dad has always been a Blues man, so I heard a lot growing up. I have always liked the electric stuff a little more though.
