Just getting a feel for if I want to bail on my turbo project (yes, again!). I'm only thinking of selling prior to completion because I KNOW I'll need to keep upgrading to support its power capability. And I know me... I'll crank it up!! Anybody have any ideas of what I might be able to get for all this?
HP Performance twin kit w/ several upgrades bought used:
Turbo headers
Downpipes
Up-pipes
Upgraded GT35R turbos (61mm) still in box from getting rebuilt for $700
Intercooler
Two different turbo to intercooler pipe styles (one round and one flat, round if you remove the bumper support mounts)
Intercooler to MAF pipe with Tial bov bung welded
New intercooler to MAF pipe I was going to use- extra one
MAF to TB pipe
H-pipe with dual electric cutouts and wiring
Tial 50mm BOV
Two Tial 38mm wastegates with 6 pound springs
AEM Truboost controller/gauge (I’ll include the mounting pod if you want it)
Oil feed lines and adapter block with restrictors
New –AN return lines and fittings
Assorted v-band and t-clamps
Assorted vacuum lines and fittings
Oil return pump (may be willing to swap oil pan w/ fitting welded on)
Also included is everything to swap to Mach 1 parts:
Ported Upper/lower intake w/ billet spacer
Alternator and bracket
TB bracket
TB cable
Cruise control cable
Power steering line
Alternator connector (just splice and go)
Timing cover
Balancer
Idlers
What I added: hand lapped all connecting flanges flat and true, cleaned and painted parts as I went along, TurboWerx oil return pump and plumbing, drilled/tapped upper plenum and mounted new IAT2 sensor, and had the Mach alternator rebuilt. That is several hundred $$$ more worth of items, to say the least. Fired up last year only to find that the turbos were shot. Been sitting since and just got the turbos back from Limit Engineering rebuild.
Only things needed are a fuel system and QA1 k-member.
