It'll obviously settle in some more (installed yesterday). I took it to Red Rock Canyon's scenic drive with "5-15mph" hair-pin turns and never once felt I didn't have control of the car. Some of the turns I was entering at well over 45 and exiting well into the 60s. The car is very predictable and self sustaining in the corners. Now to get all the bushings in.

Looks killer, of course it's my favorite color blk. 6.0 it's a runner too :burnout: , just get rid of those stock wheels. ;-) That's the only thing holding me back from a 10  , I'll give you 9.6 :rollseyes

BTW the car has Pedders eXtreme adjustable coilovers in the front and Pedders lowering springs/shocks in the rear. Waiting to get the hotchkis anti-sway bars.

For some reason... GTO's do not need to be lowered, they have hardly any wheel gap to begin with.

I dig it, and am actually considering buying one but those wheels are soooooo awful. That is probably the only reason holding me back, and the optional 18's I think are even worse.

i agree on the 18s. thats why i opted 17s and plan to get some 18 or 19" rims with staggered 8" up front and 9.5" in the rear.

That's good to hear. You have a sweet car, don't ruin it by painting those crappy stock rims black. I hate all black wheels on cars, looks cheap IMO.

JUST KIDDING ................ I like your idea of a straggered set up. Even if you went black centers with polish lip would be better then an all black wheel. If it were my car i personally would avoid chrome. Chrome is to blingy IMO. But just remember you're the one paying and you're the one driving around being seen with them. Wheel choice is probably one of the hardest choices someone has to make for their car. Thats the first thing people will see and judge. It's also one of the more costly things you can do to your car. Good luck with your wheels choice. Heres a site that has ALLOT of choices for you . www.victoriatire.com They seem to have really good prices and they have a huge slection.

And for us Mustang guys they offer straggered set ups for us to

I don't like how the rear is so low. Looks like you have three bodies in the trunk.
