Hmm, notice how it says the hood's heat vents are indeed functional, as well as the mention of the S H E L B Y lettering on the rear deck lid.

Where did this info come from? It sounds like some Ford PR brochure. If it's legit, it could mean that the hood is at least function, if not good looking. As long as the hood's ugly pastic vents are at least somewhat functional, I'd be happy with 'em. I just wonder if the deck lid lettering is for real. This might be just another show car and not meant to be the real deal yet.

I kind of like how the convertible GT500 doesn't have the LeMans stripes like the coupe. It makes the vert look more like a '68, and the coupe more like the '67. It's a nice touch in my opinion.
