GT350R calipers

I ordered a set of GT350R calipers from a Ford dealer a few weeks ago.
Received them 2/16,opened the shipping box,and found out all of the caliper boxes were ripped open.
As you can imagine I'm not at all happy.
The boxes were torn up and then poorly repacked.
There are scratches on the calipers as a result.
I spoke to the dealer and they see no problem.
I've bought a lot of parts and have never seen this happen before.
What are your thoughts?

LOL I thought he was going to say he put them on a 13/14.


So the dealer won't do anything to help you?
