GT 500 strut mount question

So I noticed when I opened up my gt500 strut mount there is an arrow on them. I am assuming it should point to the front of the car? I also read that if it points to the motor you can gain some negative camber. Is this true?

should point to the outside of the car. Toward the wheel.

As Scott said you will lose camber not gain it if you turn the arrow inward.

Yup same here mounted mine with arrows in and camber went from -1.6 back to -1.4,-1.3
