Will it fit? Yes.

Is it a direct replacement? No.

There is an extra de gas hose from the drivers side of the radiator to the top on the GT that is not on the GT500.

Somewhat related... the PD superchargers, is it worth upgrading the heat exchanger to one of the aftermarket GT500 ones, are they a direct fit (or easily swapped)? Just eyeballing them it seems the GT500 ones are are not as tall but are much thicker.

The aftermarket heat exchangers will work, just requires a little modification to the lower bumper area. We have the Afco dual fan model on Cruz's white GT/CS 9 second beast.
