grinding into 3rd and 4th

OK this all started with a little grinding into 4th but now its progressed into grinding into 3rd and 4th gears on every upshift. :bash: Im thinking Syncros. What else might this be?
What do the T56 experts have to say?

Yep synchro's. And if you let it keep grinding it will wear the dog teeth on your gears.

dropped it off at the dealership this friday. I'll know for sure sometime this week but they're pretty sure its the syncros too.
