grille emblem question

i'm trying to order a custom grille emblem for my L and they have two kinds, one with tape and one with tabs. which one is on the front of our truck? mine is still at the body shop or else i could just check it and i tried to search, but no luck. any help is greatly appreciated.

Im pertty sure tabs, atleast mine is I have an 01 but I assume there all the same and you should have the same grille as me.

tabs?? My emblem has 2 little locators on the back that poke through the grill. You may want 'stick on'.
