Great News! Sold the House!

We got an offer on the home we are selling, and we countered it,
saying we would cover a precentage of their down payment, but these
people were fair gave our asking price and were a pleasure to deal with.

We had this house built starting June 2007 it was a fun process, I picked out everything from the neighborhood, lot down to the colors,
the green siding was a gamble but it turned out nice, dropped by the house today to put the new lights in the rooms where they
are going to be installed, the carpet should be going in this week, and now I have to find a fence guy that can install within 2 weeks, as I have 3 Great danes :thumbsup:

Here are the pictures of the new house, just hoping everything goes well, should be in it in 2-3 weeks. The Cobra will like her new home, and I can bring 2 of my five cars home when we move (here we only have a 1 car garage) so we had 2 stored elsewhere, so it will be nice having all the cars home again :beer:

it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 3 car garage home 2200 sq. ft.

congrats!! nice place you got there. doesnt look like it gets lots of sun light inside the house which is a bummer. Thinking about getting rid of the wood floor in the washrooms ?

let the home renovation begin!!!

less then a week and a half to closing now, they rushed it (which I like)
but packing up 10 years of stuff, not so fun. I ordered all the new appliances yesterday, and the new bedroom furniture the day before, so I have been quite busy, but it is almost done, carpeting goes in tomorrow, and it will be ready for us to move in. :banana:

still looking for a fence guy that can have one installed for the 26th
need it for my Great Danes, everyone is booked solid.

it was actually a (high stress) deal, we broke ground on this house last summer,
(with the contingency to sell our current home) and knowing at anytime someone
could have bought it out from under us was hell, thank god the market has been bad,
she waited for us, the deal (with these buyers) very stress free, and going nice and fast, gotta love that.
