I bought a set of billetflow pulleys over two years ago. I has a problem with one of the pulleys and e-mailed Doug to see if anything could be done with it thinking it was long out of warranty. Doug told me to send it in so he could look at it. Within a week I had a brand new pulley shipped to me no charge. Thanks again Doug for a great product and great customer service:beer:
