Got J&M rear control arms probably 20k miles ago now and greased the bushings up real good when they were installed but I don't recall if the arms have a zerk type hole for adding grease or if it's necessary. They are quiet but can anyone advise if I need to or can re grease the bushings and what type of grease. It came with a pouch you rip open but that's long gone
