Gps ?, Need Info!

Hi Every one!, I need some info on how to get free subscription/download on red light traffice camera, for my GPS (POI) point of intrest. I have try a couple of search, but i am not seeing any free subscription!. Every thing is BUY NOW. Any advice how to go about this?!,:shrug:.Thanks for any info!.
