sure doesnt look like it . if it had a water to air intercooler and it was in the car, then the induction piping woudl have to run inside the car.........which it doesnt. or in that picture it doesnt atleast. maybe hes runnin spray or liek said earlier hes runnin massive high octane.

The car is probably using alcohol as a fuel. No intercooler needed. The intake manifold will be frosty after a pass.

The intercooler is in the car, Air to Water, it is too large to mount outside.

The discharge tube goes striaght to the TB. Probably an alki motor too.
