Got to flog the Shelby Hertz Mustang at the track!

At our last SVTOA track event I rented a Shelby Hertz Mustang. Couldn't get my race tires to fit so had to run it in street trim, and being an automatic was pretty boring. But did look and sound cool.

It was my first experience driving the new style mustang, I give them credit on rear suspension but like all stock mustangs they need upgraded brake pads, shocks, some gears and lots more HP. In the acceleration test my G-Tech recorded a steller 5.95 0-60 time. Then its hard to compare it to my stock Bimmer which turns and stops on a dime but cost $10k more.
