Good dry bag recommendation

Anyone know of a good quality dry bag for kayaking? I will be doing some ocean kayaking and in need of a dry bag that will fit my wallet, keys and GS3 phone. I have looked at ebay and they all seem to be china knock offs.

I've never used anything that small, but when I need to keep things dry I use contractor bags, but that will be a little too big for you. I think you may want something like this:

Or you could go cheapo and do two zip locks, one inside the other, with the corners duct taped.

I use the Sea toSummit dry bag from REI. 6 years without incident. Had a tear during some rough hiking once but patched it up on the fly and was good to go.
