Going Auto 4R70W Header help. 2001 cobra

Looking at going Auto (4r70w) I have Bassani Mid Length Headers & X-pipe on the car Now Does any one know if they will work with this Set-up. Or do I have to swap to Long Tubes?

i think those fit better than long tubes....i have bbk long tubes and it took some "massaging" to get the trans in there...but it goes.

I called Bassani and they said they only make headers fro Manual trans.
So he didn't think they would work at all. I Guess to the Junk Yard I go to look for a Core.

bro they should fit....some of the first guys doing the swap ran them...hrosepower by herman...etc..

there is a bolt hole you dont use on the bell housing or a tab i forget you grind that off etc.

id give them a shot.
