I did notice 2nd gear coming at you pretty quick WOT on the launch, but it's manageable and runs 4th gear to about 113mph or so before getting into redline. Perfect.
After having great success with 4.56s in my '99 Cobra, I stepped it up and went 4.88 this time around in my 3650-equipped Mach 1. Obviously a better tire is needed out back (NOT all-seasons), but the car likes it. I did notice 2nd gear coming at you pretty quick WOT on the launch, but it's manageable and runs 4th gear to about 113mph or so before getting into redline. Perfect. It also eliminates using 1st gear while driving around town which is nice because I've never liked how any of my 3650 Mustangs shifted into 2nd under normal driving. Notchy, temperamental piece of shit tranny anyway. :lol1: I'll make my way to the track here eventually this summer. I'm running 295 M/Ts on an otherwise stockish Mach 1 (295whp) and a Baseline Suspensions Street Outlaw setup. Oh, and here is what I'm seeing at 75mph. The car:
