Brand new, never installed harness and 5.3 PCM. The harness was built by Street and Performance - they build it to specs and they dry run it with the ECU. All the wires are labled - It's made for a cable TB, no tranny controls and EV1 style injctors.
Computer is out of a 5.3L Yukon (Serv 09354896 DBLK) and has been gone through by the guys PCMforless.com - here's the info on the PCM:
