Glass scratches

Is there a way to remove side window scratches? I have a S197 (no tinted windows), and when I roll my windows down, it scratches the windows vertically.

I can barely feel the scratces with my fingernail. How can I get them out?

Stuff called Bartenders Friend, I believe they sell it at Target & Walmart. Works like a polish for light scratches in glass.
