I got the 26 spline rxt to replace my spec 3. I believe it has a spec flywheel on it as well. I also have a stock ram in the garage. I was hoping I could resurface one of them to use with the McLeod. Which do you recomend? I could buy the mcloed one but it's a lot more money that I'd rather save if it isn't necessary. Also I need to order the 26 spline input shaft, new TOB, and pilot bearing. Is there anything else I should order? I have a firewall adjuster and 3 hook cable holder thing on the car already.(name is escaping me) New cable as well. Want to make sure I get everything before I start the install.
Thanks

Doesnt the Spec Flywheel have the removable friction plate? Are both FW's aluminum or steel? Either one will do so i'd just take your pic.

Sounds like you have everything lined up for parts.

I beleive the stock one is steel? I'm not sure about the spec, I'll have to look into that. What's the benefit of aluminum vs steel? Besides the weight advantage.
