get paint off car?

a few weeks ago they were either painting the lines on the road or i ran over spilled paint. well its speckeled all over the underside of the wheelwell. and when i went to wash and wax my car this weekend i saw that were were bits on the paint on the door. how can i get this off?

try to clay it

A good buffing compound, like 3M's perfect it fine cut, will probably do the trick if a clay bar won't take it up. You should follow this with a good swirl remover/polish and then re-wax. If this doesn't work, a medium temperature clear coat reducer will remove the paint. You will need to polish the areas you use the reducer on. You can purchase this at a local automotive paint store.
