Okay so IIRC all 94-98s run off of a mechanical speedo, A while back i called CJ pony parts for a quote on 4.30 gears/install/correct speedo. Whoever i spoke with on the phone told me that they do not make a gear to correct for a 4.30 rear end. I feel like there has to be a way to correct it. Well i found someone to do gears for me, for a case of beer. How do i go about correcting the speedo?

ANY and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Speed cal is the best way.

The biggest gear made is the white 23 tooth for 4.10s.

However the white gear will get you close.

that would be correct, just flip the dip sets to the correct settings for what you have in the car and it will read correctly... Easy install as well.

White speedo gear is weak as well....I went through 2 of them before I went to the speed cal
