is it more to have gears installed on a irs car then a soild rear axle car

usually, yes
yup usually $100 more at most places
Not sure, everyone says yes though. I paid $530 to have my 4.30 installed and that included replacing all bearings and races in the differential.
well for a soild rear is 500.00 for the install and gears around here
