I like my stock color but how can I make it brighter?

Has anybody found a way to keep the stock green(it looks green) but just be brighter? If regular yellow bulbs make it look green then im guessing amber(yellow) led bulbs will make the green brighter? Anybody else thinking this?

does not work. i spent 150 bucks on LED bulbs trying to do so. just keep the stockers. amber, green, and the 3 white flavors dont do it. the green LEDs look good but anything thats red comes thru as brown and can barely be visible. ie, the engine redline, and the high side of every other gauge. the HVAC controls look awful too.

I bet he can make the gauges green like factory but brighter.

I used his LED ribbon with all but one of the factory bulbs and mine are mostly blue with a slight green tint to them.

Old thread so links do not work.

How many bulbs do I buy and how do I take the gauge cluster out?

Thanks,
