I got a foxbody swap with a term engine notice today at the red light the dash was showing no oil pressure. Bump the throttle and jumps back up. Driving it all reads correct. When idle and showing no oil pressure on the dash. There is no rattle or engine noise. Could it just be the sending unit trying to crap out.

A mechanical gauge would tell you for certain .
