Gasket for Diff

So is there an actual replacement gasket that is recommended vice using the Permetex grey? Thanks for the help on this guys

It looks like it could work...

AFAIK, everyone that has tried a gasket has gone back to RTV silicone, as that is what the diff is designed to use....That's why there is a channel around the entire circumference of the case opening.

The HD gray stuff is what a lot of us use.....Be sure to let it cure for 24 hrs before driving the car

A lot of guys from the Shelby forums are using these when adding Rear End Girdles and or Gear Swaps with great success.

Plan to use one when I do a Gear Swap. :rockon:
