Just announced! They will host a standad Gamblers race Oct 7th at NED now that the points season has ended.. Hopefully with a good turnout all the remaining T&T's will convert over to a Gamblers race.. Its just a standard "dial your own" & get in-line when they call ya up.. Nottin fancy.. Basically a glorified Friday Nite King of the Hill.. :D

Latest Info!

I talked to Brian recently and this is the format we came up with for the October 7th Gamblers race.

Entry Fee: $20

Time Trials
Time Trial lanes will be open from 9:00 AM to Noon. Competitors can make as many Time Trials as they want.

Eliminations
Eliminations will start right after lunch.
There will be 2 rows in the staging lanes for eliminations, so you will be able to pick the lane you want.
If there are an odd amount of cars, the first round bye will go to the driver with the best light in Time Trials.
In the case of a tie, for best light, the bye will go to the car that did it first.

Sleds and bikes will race each other until there are only a couple left and then they will cross over and race with eveyone else.
Box and No-Box cars will race together, except No-Box cars will be called to the lanes first.
After 5-10 minutes the Box cars will be called to the lanes.
The effect of calling the No-Box cars first will mean No-Box cars that come when called, should match up against other No-Box cars. If you're late coming to the lanes you will probably match up against a box car.
There will be no complaints allowed on this. Logisticaly and time wise this is the best we can do to make it fair.
ANYONE THAT COMPLAINS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO BABYSIT CAMARORACING12 FOR THE ENTIRE DAY
Entrants will be laddered once we get down to 8 or fewer.
Lane choice for laddered cars will go to the best light the previous round.

Buy Backs

Buy back fee is $20

Everyone will be allowed one buyback. You can use your buyback in Round 1 or Round 2, but not both.
When you buyback, you are inserted into the next round with the previous rounds winners and other buybacks, There will not be a buyback run-off.
There will be no buybacks after round two.
This will guarantee everyone at least 2 rounds in competition.

Payout
Winner-50%
R/U-30%
Semi's-10%

My trailer will be set up next to the tech area. It's a white Pace Shadow GT.
