G/F Killed me with her Lotus

I was on a freeway in San Diego following behind my g/f. I was in my '94 Lightning, and she was in her brand new Elise. Before you flame...I knew the outcome was going to be obvious, but it was great fun nonetheless.

She took a transition curve kinda hard expecting to lose me...but she didn't...the handling of early Lightnings surprises a lot of people! So she got p*ssed and threw her Elise into another curve...and left me eating her dust...I got owned, bad! It took me a long time to catch up, and that was only because she was letting me :uh oh:

So now my g/f is saying her Lotus is faster in a straight line than my CPIE Cobra...we'll have to find out for sure...just hope she isn't a sore loser, cuz that would be bad :-D :-D :-D
