The worst part is not that they change it every week. The worst part is that it confirms that last week your axles were either under or over-torqued, putting you at risk of an accident.

Yeah I know. I referenced you on ModFords and what happened to yours when you tightened yours up. I emailed Frank asking him why he keeps changing them. I have had a click/tink on take off and reverse for a long time now....wondering if tightening them that extra 15 ft lbs will resolved that.

If you ask him why he keeps changing the torque spec, I doubt you will get a scientific answer. I would guess he is just trying to find the sweet spot between those that snap bars from over-torquing and those that ruin hubs from under-torquing.
