Just went from a 2011 Ecoboost F150 with 3.55's to an FX4 with 3.73. On the way to the trade in, I took note of the rpm gauge at 120 km's so I could confirm the difference with the new F150 rpm at the same speed.
I expected to gain around 200 rpm at the same speed, however oddly the RPM is almost exactly the same. Will check into the rim / tire size as it may be different?
So what is your preference? 3.55's or the 3.73's on your F150?
