Fuses

Hi Everyone,

I got in my cobra today and the radio sounds like a tranister. ONly the tweeders are working. Can anyone tell me which fuse runs the amps, and what fuse is needed?

Left amp Fuse location-13 amp30A

Right amp Fuse location-15 amp30A

I checked those two and both are 15 amp and they are fine. However, #9 is 30 amp and its blown. When I try to replace it, it pops right away. What is this and why would it blow right away?
