Fuse question (cigerette lighters)

Recently both have stopped working at teh same time. I don't have my owners manual and i can't seem to figure out which fuse it might be.

Someone mind helping me out here and let me in on which one im looking for? lol

Here is a diagram, it's in the fuse box in the engine bay. First row, 3rd one up.
