fuse 14 after boosta pump install

probably a simple problem, but i had my car in to be tuned today and had a boosta pump wired in before strapped down, ne ways when i got home and tried to restart had no fuel pressure, fuse 14 20 amp fuse blown! i can see that the fuse holder in the boosta pump wiring has a 30 amp fuse in it. were they supposed to change the #14 out and put a 30 there aswell. It'd make me pretty angry to find out they'd been making pulls on the dyno like that

where's this #14 fuse at ? under the hood fuse box ?
