I would say F**ked up. Seems to me 1 unemployed skee-rote though it would be just hilarious to punch an innocent bi stander in the face for no good reason whatsoever. Hey, what do you know! When you punch somebody in the face, they get angry! That second piece of shit didn't need to do that either. 2 wild beast animals that should die.
