I know this is an old thread but did you ever get the wheel hop issue in your vert fixed? I just bought my vert and am on the fence about swapping a SRA in. I've lined up an even swap with a buddy who has an 04 GT. I'm not wanting to spend all the money on the FTBR kit if it's not going to fix the issue. The buddy who is trading me has a 98 saleen with the FTBR kit in it and swears by it, but it is a coupe.

I did put a set of H&R Race Springs in and it got rid of most of the hop, I would say my limiting factor now are the tires, but I dont want to go to a Nitto or something that I am going to have to replace all the time.

The only time I get wheel hop no, is Cold weather and on Concrete!

I also have FTBR IRS busing kit on my car, installed it back in 2009. The difference is night and day. My car have zero wheel hop since i have have installed the kit.

^this... the FTBR kit was the best mod to date i have done to my cobra
