Well I think one of my Walbro's took a crap so I am wondering are there any other good options that are reasonably priced and more reliable? I've thought about a Fore hat and three stockers since I'm not planning on going beyond where my Magnum Powers can take me. I think that would be enough fuel and more reliable. Any other ideas out there?

if you run low on fuel the walboros will overheat and burn up. need at least a quarter of fuel (the fuel is what keeps them cool)

Thaks guys but I still have two stockers and a few local friends that have a pair laying around so if I go that route I have it covered. I almost never get below 1/4 tank except when draining the tank. Maybe has been to 1/8 or below 4 times including draining it with the pumpsto put in race gas.

I have used Walbros in other vehicles with pretty good success. Why are you looking to go with something different? Did they not last you very long? I just did a quick search on Ebay and there are a lot of Walbros on there.
