I purchased a new pump for my SVTC, i did go into ceg and from what i understand i would need to cut a hole under my back seat to get to the pump on my 99 tour, or drop the whole tank, is this correct guys i need confirmation....... also how would i know what typ of fuel system i have ( returnless or not) ? that is the question.... thanks for any help .

to determine if you need to cut the floor or not take a look. it will be obvious that the openning for the gas tank doesn't line up with the openning in the floor.
as for the fuel system again all you need to do it look. at the fuel rail there will be one or two fuel lines, same at the tank. 2 lines is a return fuel system and 1 line is returnless.
