Fuel pump Help?

I have a 98Cobra and need pump upgrade. Went to the dyno this past weekend and made 453rwhp with stock pump and 255 external. But the car is leaning out from 5500-6500rpms.

I think the cobra pump is like the gt's in 98, where the pump assembly is different??

Do they make a direct drop in yet or do you still have to use the normal pump and modify it??

Open to suggestions!

The Aviator pump is a direct drop/plug in..
Thats what im using.

Thanks for the advice. I've done some searching through the old posts and looks like the Aviator pump is a great mod.

Does anyone know that the Aviator pump flows? 190 or close to 255???

Thats what im using.

It's just as quiet as the stock unit.
