i believe the offset is 22...they will fit ur cobra fine.

How do these clear on the cobra brakes? Do you know if the rims are cut for big brake kits? I have the Wilwood 6 piston big brake kit with 14inch rotors up front and am wondering if the rims would clear them.

They will clear. I had these wheels on my car with the Baer 6S 14" brakes and they fit without problems.
