I've got an Original CDC Aeroshield for sale (used). It has a couple cracks that can be easily repaired, looks to made out of the same material that our bumpers are made out of (very flexible). It mounts mainly to the Rear stabilizer shock bolts and some tabs slip under the rear bumper. This is mainly for guys running dumps or side exhaust. It will clean up and smooth out that empty look you get when no rear exit exhaust is used.
These are a quick reference pictures of other covers painted in black and in red (not my vehicles), the cover for sale is painted WHITE (it can be repainted to match your mustang):
