Forgot to mention, no hardware for the strut tower brace. Just some bolts, pick them up at Lowes.

It's not just bolts. There are nut plates that go behind the firewall. These are somewhat structural and add to the rigidity of the brace. So you don't have those either then?

Correct, I only have the brace, not the hardware. I still think you can work this out at Lowes, or with a welder, 4 nuts and $0.02 worth of plate steel. See this link for an example of what the nuts plates look like (although this is the strut tower brace I need, not the one I have)
