I have a Blackberry Curve for Verizon Wireless that is basically brand new. I went to the store and exchanged my Curve so I can have a "new" one to sell. I switched to AT&T and do not need the phone anymore. They activated it in the store, I went home and called AT&T, had my number ported over and de-activated the phone.
It comes with EVERYTHING as a brand new one would. I will even include a wired headset AND a Seido Soft Touch Hard Case.
